When ICS arrived onsite, this was what the typhoon damage looked like. ICS was tasked with surveying and documenting the damage before emergency sourcing materials to rebuild the towers and have them fully operational again.
Without power on the island, conditions were rough for the locals and ICS team as well.

When the Leyte typhoon destroyed Malitbog and the cooling towers, Energy Development Corp (EDC) needed help fast.
