ICS’s Thailand office is our regional office for the Asian region and provides full support of regional management, project engineering, procurement, sales and after sales services including field support and technical assistance. Located in Bangkok, we are able to dispatch personnel to any location in Asia within hours and to the Middle East within the same or next day.
ICS’s Japan office services Japan, Korea and China and provides full sales and after sales services as well as engineering and project support. Domestic Japan project support includes new cooling towers, repair and upgrade projects and spare parts supply for all models of cooling towers.

Saudi Arabia is ICS’s newest office and is currently being developed to support the GCC Countries and the Middle East in general.
